Tonic Garden


  • 1 1/2 oz Noroi Wild Berry Dry Gin
  • 1 oz of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of bitter Lemon and Lime
  • 1/2 stalk of celery
  • Littoral white grapefruit tonic water
  • Garnish: 1 Ribbon of celery


  1. Mash half a celerystalk in the shaker using the pestle.
  2. Pour the rest of theingredients into the shaker, except for the tonic water.
  3. Add ice cubes, thenshake vigorously.
  4. Double-strain into aglass filled with ice using a fine strainer.
  5. Top up with tonic water.
  6. Garnish with thecelery ribbon.
