Noroi Sour

IngrEdients

  • 1 1/2 oz Noroi Wild Berry Dry Gin
  • 1 oz earl gray tea
  • 3/4 oz of fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1 c. blueberry jam
  • 2 dashes of foamer
  • Garnish: Edible flowers

Instructions

  1. Pour all theingredients into a shaker.
  2. Shake for the firsttime without ice cubes (dry shake).
  3. Add the ice cubes thenshake vigorously.
  4. Double-strain themixture into a chilled cup using a fine strainer.
  5. Garnish with thedehydrated flowers.
