The Queen of the Hive


  • 6 3/4 oz of NOROI Dry Gin
  • 3 1/2 oz of honey
  • 3 1/2 oz of water
  • Zest of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 oz of lemon juice
  • Champagne (or tonic soda)


  1. In a mason jar, infuse the NOROI Dry Gin with the honey, water and lemon zest.
  2. Place in boiling water to seal the jar and let infuse at least 24 hours.
  3. To serve, pour 3 oz of the mixture into a glass and add the lemon juice and champagne.
  4. Enjoy!
