Spring Inauguration


  • 1 1/2 oz of NOROI Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz of Rouge Gorge Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz of pear and ground cherry shrub
  • 1/2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • A few drops of NOROI Orange Bitters
  • Optional: 1 oz of Orange Liquor + 1 dash of foamer


  1. Chill a Marie Antoinette glass with ice.
  2. In a shaker, mix all the ingredients with ice.
  3. Remove the ice from the glass and add the contents of the shaker with a double filter strainer.
  4. Optional: In a shaker, mix NOROI Orange Liquor with foamer to obtain a foam to garnish the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit and rosemary.
  6. Enjoy.
