Cucumber flower


  • 1 1/2 oz of NOROI’s gin
  • 5 slices of lime
  • 5 slices of cucumber
  • 8 leaves of mint
  • 1/2 oz of yuzu syrup
  • Drops of NOROI’s floral bitters
  • 1/2 oz of lime juice
  • White grapefruit Littoral tonic water
  • Soda


  1. In a glass fill with ice, insert cucumber slices, lime slices and mint.
  2. In a shaker, mix well all the ingredients except Littoral grape- fruit tonic water and the soda.
  3. With a sieve, pour the content of the shaker in a old fashioned glass.
  4. Lengthen with Littoral grapefruit tonic water and the soda.
  5. Enjoy.
