Clover Crown


  • 1 1/2 oz of NOROI Dry Gin
  • 1/2 oz of lemon juice
  • 1 oz of mint and raspberry syrup*
  • Optional: 1 dash of NOROI foamer

*The mint and raspberry syrup can be replaced by 6 crushed raspberries, mint leaves and sugar. Strain with a sieve before adding the egg white.


  1. Chill a martini glass with ice.
  2. In a shaker, mix well the NOROI Dry Gin, lemon juice and mint and raspberry syrup with ice.
  3. If desired, add the foamer and mix in a shaker until foam appears.
  4. Remove the ice from the glass and pour in the contents of the shaker.
  5. Enjoy!
