A passion zest


  • 2 drops or NOROI’s lemon & lime bitters
  • 2 oz of NOROI’s gin
  • 1/2 oz of egg white (or few drops of vegan foamer)
  • 3/4 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/4 oz of passion fruit syrup
  • 1/4 oz of fresh lemon
  • 1 oz of grapefruit juice
  • Littoral hibiscus tonic water


  1. Fill a glass with ice.
  2. Add slices of lime, lemon, orange or grapefruit.
  3. Pour all the ingredients in the glass.
  4. Lengthen with Littoral grapefruit tonic water.
  5. Stir and decorate with strawberries.
