Jonathan Robin
President and founder

After 20 years in the field of real estate, Jonathan left to start up NOROI distillery in 2018. With a master’s degree in business administration and a certificate in corporate governance, Jonathan is the pillar of this new genre of distillery.

His obsession: use techniques that challenge traditional processes to make exceptional quality spirits and offer an extraordinary experience to connoisseurs.

Marc-Olivier Pouliot

A graduate in marketing from the Université de Sherbrooke, Marc-Olivier stands out by his capacity to showcase a product by using a unique and complex process.

Responsible for branding and our event specialist, he loves using social media.

Davy Hay Gallant
Head distiller and creator

Musician/record producer for over 30 years, Davy has worn many hats so far in life! Recording studio owner, sound designer, photographer, woodworker, beekeeper, circus artist. In 2011, he started distilling and has never stopped! He now distills full-time.

Stéphane St-Pierre
Sales representative

Stéphane St-Pierre has spent the last 20 years of his career in the food industry, 10 of which were spent promoting the brewing industry. A great enthusiast in his field of expertise, he does not hesitate to keep abreast of new trends and developments in the alcoholic beverage market.
